Explore the latest playful drama between UFC lightweight contender Michael Chandler and WWE legend Ric Flair as they engage in a hilarious bar "altercation."
Michael Chandler, currently awaiting a date for his much-anticipated bout with Conor McGregor, adds a new chapter to his WWE-inspired antics. The #5-ranked UFC lightweight contender recently found himself in an unexpected bar 'altercation' with none other than the legendary Ric Flair.
Chandler's first-round TKO win over Dan Hooker at UFC 257 marked a memorable debut. Not just for the victory but for Chandler's post-fight interview, where he channeled Ric Flair's energetic promo style, making waves in the 155-pound scene.
Since then, Chandler's high-energy fights in the UFC have resulted in a 2-3 record. Amid uncertainty about his clash with Conor McGregor's official date, Chandler has yet to step into the Octagon this year.
Recent footage emerged of a heated exchange between "The Nature Boy" and Chandler at a bar. Initially apologetic, Chandler attempted to defuse the situation, but an increasingly irate Flair escalated things, challenging Chandler and even name-calling. In a turn of events, Chandler, having had enough, playfully roasted Flair over his age and dismissed him as "past his prime."
The video took a comical turn as the two engaged in an obviously fake scuffle. Surprisingly, this isn't their first collaboration. Last month, they teamed up for a CarShield commercial, adding more layers to their unexpected partnership.
